Q. How do we pay you for SMS Credits ?
A. Currently the only payment option is available through Credit Card. But there is no cost effective and quick method as credit card.

Q. Is my credit card information safe with you ?
A. We don't store your credit card number or any information it is directly inputted by you on our payment gateway processor over SSL i.e 2checkout.com and is directly sent to back with authorization only. So in this process your credit card is not stored anywhere at all.

Q. How long it will take to get SMS Credits in my account ?
A. Due to too many internet frauds and relative matters, credits are usualy in your account in 24 hours. As all orders are manually approved.

Q. Is this service only to U.A.E. mobile phones ?
A. No you can send SMS to anybody in the world provided their operator is listed in our Coverage List.

Q. Why can't somebody reply to me on YepCell.com ?
A. Because of certain limitations from our Gateway provider, which does not allows two way messaging. If someday we get two way messaging, we'll notify you through email/SMS. 

Q. Does the receiver has to pay any cost for receiving messages ?
A. No, receiver doesn't have to pay any charges. 

Q. How many messages can be sent in a day ?
A. There is no limit on number of messages you send, provided you have sufficient SMS Credits in your account.

Q. Why is SMS limited to 160 characters only?
A. That is the limit of SMS messaging protocol so we have no control over it.

Q. What do you do with my Personal Info ?
A. Just for our records, we take your information, it is & will be absolutely confidential always. And will not be sold to any third party companies. Even if you decided to receive SMS from third parties, we send SMS on their behalf and never give them your Cell numbers or any personal details.

Q. Somebody sent me abusive message what shall I do ?
A. Well, it's rare but if you got such SMS just send us an email with the complete message and date & time and the mobile number you received SMS on. We can screen your mobile number from receiving any further messages from YepCell.com. Keep in mind not even message from your friends.
